Photon owns the copyrights of the songs and the books published by the company, unless noted otherwise on the products. Photon will consider requests from anyone seeking to license Photon-copyrighted music and text, but reserves the right to withhold licenses.

Not-for-profit prayer groups and gatherings are eligible to apply for a free, non-exclusive licenses to use Photon's works at their events. Licensing is required if you intend to use Photon's songs for any of the following purposes:
